Welcome to the City of Carnation. A friendly and safe family-oriented community where a vibrant small town benefits from the natural beauty, heritage and recreational opportunities of the Snoqualmie Valley. Carnation is a rural western Washington community of 1,905 residents that is approximately 1.1 square miles in size.  It is located along SR-203, a 30-mile drive east of Seattle and 15-minutes east of Redmond.

Random Acts of Kindness Week - January 12th through 23rd Tuesday, January 12, 2010 Carnation, Duvall, Monroe and Woodinville will be celebrating the fourth annual Random Acts of Kindness week January 12th through 23rd, 2010. Residents are encouraged to do conscious Random Acts of Kindness to support local businesses and community members.
