Carnation is a rural western Washington community of 1,905 residents that is approximately 1.1 square miles in size.  It is located along SR-203, a 30-mile drive east of Seattle and 15-minutes east of Redmond.

Carnation, Duvall, Monroe and Woodinville will be celebrating the fourth annual Random Acts of Kindness week January 12th through 23rd, 2010. Residents are encouraged to do conscious Random Acts of Kindness to support local businesses and community members.
